These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Quick Study Ltd, registered at Grosvenor House, 11 St Pauls Square, Birmingham, B3 1RB, including through our website, mobile application, and online learning platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By purchasing credits or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Quick Study Ltd ("QuickStudy", "we", "our", or "us") provides online private mentoring services through our proprietary platform and mobile app. Our mentors are selected and assigned to students based on academic needs and availability.

2. Credit System

QuickStudy operates using a credit-based system where each session (50 minutes) equals 1 credit.

The credit packages and pricing are subject to change at any time.

Credits can be used for any subject and students may change subjects at any time.

In special circumstances or delays caused by QuickStudy, credits may be extended beyond the plan period.

3. Session Delivery

All sessions are conducted online via our web and mobile platforms.

Clients must ensure they have appropriate devices and stable internet access.

QuickStudy assigns mentors and reserves the right to change mentors when necessary.

4. Session Recordings

Sessions may be recorded for quality, safety, and educational purposes.

Students and mentors can access these recordings through the Platform.

Recordings are stored securely and automatically deleted after a defined period.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds, cancellations, and credit validity.

Clients are strongly encouraged to review this policy before purchasing credits.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is used solely for service delivery and securely stored.

7. User Responsibilities

Clients agree to respectful, lawful use of the Platform and all its services.

Any misuse, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology remain the exclusive property of Quick Study Ltd.

Reuse, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Liability

QuickStudy aims to provide high-quality educational services but does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
