This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how credits, cancellations, and refunds are handled for all clients of Quick Study Ltd.
1. Credit Refunds
All purchased credits are fully refundable.
A cancellation fee of Β£2 per unused credit will be applied when processing a refund.
Credits that have already been used for sessions are non-refundable.
2. Credit Validity
Annual Plan: Credits valid for 12 months from purchase.
3-Month Plan: Credits valid for 3 months.
Monthly Plan: Credits valid for 1 month.
Credits expire after the planβs validity period unless QuickStudy causes delays or agrees to special circumstances.
In case of delays or rescheduling initiated by QuickStudy, unused credits may be extended on a case-by-case basis.
3. Session Cancellations
Clients must provide adequate notice if they cannot attend a scheduled session.
Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by QuickStudy, clients can:
Reschedule the session, or
Request the credit to be reinstated.
4. Subject Flexibility
Credits can be used for any subject.
Clients can change subjects at any time with no additional charge.

Refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method after confirmation.
