Yes, QuickStudy offers free trial lessons so students and parents can experience the teaching style and learning environment before enrolling.

3. Does QuickStudy provide a free consultation for every student?

Yes, every student is eligible for a free consultation to discuss learning goals, academic needs, and the most suitable study plan.

4. Does QuickStudy offer any discounts?

Yes, QuickStudy periodically offers discounts and promotional packages. Please contact us to learn about current offers.

5. Does QuickStudy provide group lessons?

Yes, QuickStudy offers group lessons (Booster Course) for students who are GSCE candidates and prefer to have a final touch before attending the exam.

6. Will my child receive one-to-one attention during lessons?

Yes. In one-to-one lessons, your child will receive full individual attention from the tutor.

Getting started is simple. Book a free consultation with our team to discuss your child's academic needs and goals. We'll recommend the most suitable tutor, arrange a free trial lesson, and guide you through the enrollment process if you're happy to continue.

2. Are your tutors qualified?

Yes. Our tutors are carefully selected based on their academic qualifications, subject expertise, teaching experience, and communication skills. We ensure they are well-equipped to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to each student's learning needs.

3. Are your tutors trained in safeguarding?

Yes. The safety and well-being of our students are a top priority. All QuickStudy tutors are trained in safeguarding practices and are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment at all times.

4. Will my child receive one-to-one attention in every lesson?

Yes. In one-to-one lessons, your child receives the tutor's full attention with lessons tailored to their individual learning pace, strengths, and areas for improvement.

5. What if my child doesn't connect with their tutor?

We understand that a good tutor–student relationship is essential for effective learning. If your child doesn't feel comfortable with their assigned tutor, simply let us know. We'll work with you to find a tutor who is a better fit for your child's learning style and personality.

6. How can I track my child's progress?

We keep parents informed through regular progress updates and tutor feedback. Moreover, every month FREE PTM will be conducted. You'll receive insights into your child's performance, strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations to help them continue progressing with confidence.

Pricing

1. What is your billing system?

QuickStudy operates on a prepaid monthly billing system. Lesson fees are invoiced in advance based on your selected learning plan, making it easy to manage your child's schedule and tuition.

2. What is the minimum number of lessons I need to enroll in?

The minimum enrollment is eight lessons per month, with two lesson per week. If you require a more intensive schedule, we also offer plans with multiple lessons each week.

3. Are there any hidden fees?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees, and you'll be informed of all applicable charges before you enroll.

4. Can I switch subjects without paying an additional registration fee?

Yes. If your child would like to switch subjects, we'll help arrange a suitable tutor without charging an additional registration fee, subject to tutor availability.

5. Do you offer any referral discounts?

Yes. We offer referral rewards as a thank-you for recommending QuickStudy to friends and family. Contact our team to learn about our current referral programme and eligibility.

6. What happens if my child misses a lesson? Can it be rescheduled or refunded?

If you notify us in advance according to our cancellation policy, we'll do our best to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time. Missed lessons without sufficient notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.

7. Can I cancel my subscription or stop lessons at any time?

Yes. You can stop lessons or cancel your enrollment at any time by providing the required notice. Any remaining lessons or payments will be handled according to our cancellation and refund policy.

1. Who should I contact if I have an issue with my tutor or lessons?

If you have any concerns about your tutor or your child's lessons, please contact our Student Support team through WhatsApp. We'll listen to your feedback, investigate the matter, and work with you to find a suitable solution.

2. Who should I contact if my child experiences technical issues or has trouble joining a lesson?

If your child has trouble accessing or joining a lesson, please contact our support team through WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll help resolve the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange an alternative lesson time.

3. Who can I speak to about billing or payments?

For any questions regarding invoices, payments, subscriptions, or refunds, please contact on our Whatsapp number from contacts section. We'll be happy to assist you with any payment-related enquiries.

4. How can my child contact their tutor outside of lesson hours?

To ensure student safety and maintain professional communication, all communication outside lesson hours should be made through the QuickStudy app where you will find your personalised chat box. Tutors may respond to academic queries where appropriate, but response times may vary. Outside this no further communication channels strictly prohibited.

5. Can students contact tutors outside the QuickStudy platform?

No. For safeguarding and privacy reasons, students and tutors should not communicate through personal phone numbers, social media, or private messaging apps. All communication should take place through QuickStudy's approved channels.

6. How can I provide feedback or make a complaint?

We value your feedback and are committed to continually improving our service. You can share feedback or submit a complaint by contacting our support team via email or Whatsapp. Every concern is reviewed carefully, and we'll respond as quickly as possible with an appropriate resolution.
